First up, Megan Fox looks awesome with the slow focusing on her cleavage, michael bay im glad u know sex and metal robots sells well with nerds
Overall, the story progresses rather straightforward… with no twist and turns or surprises…just like a normal episode of a transformers cartoon. (boy has secrets, decepticons wants those secrets , autobots stops decepticons)
I was pleasantly surprised the script writers has incorporated the Matrix of Leadership in this movie. (transformers fan should heard of this from the normal cartoons and the animated movie). The combiners, Constructicons forming Devastator was kinda cool… altho as i stated before, the mouth which acts like a suction vortex looks wierd… and also they had little screen time and action. The idea of jetfire combining with optimus prime was kinda cool, even if it lasted for a while. I remembered in a transformers Armada cartoon there was such a combo before too but of cos cartoon looks way cooler la haha. See the youtube below.

The robots design were a mixed reaction. Fallen looks quite organic looking… Like an alien robot from Evangelion (as commented from dear :p ). Jetfire as an old Predator looking ah pek with a walking stick… and decepticons hatchlings?! I tot they were non biological lifeforms… hw come got hatchlings like Aliens de…
The fight scenes were too fast for my poor eyes and lousy brain CPU to process. At times they just looked like a giant metallic ball rolling across the screen. Some fight scenes were quite nice and well paced tho. Some music were reused from the first movie. I had a slight dislike of Bay’s style of rotating the camera round and round on a subject… i tink he did that twice in the movie… gives me the headache lol
Overall, i give it 8.5/10.

Not to give away any spoilers… I found this movie’s storyline predictable and has somewhat tamed action scenes. Still i deem it better than T3: Rise of the Machines
What i liked about the movie:
+ I like the actor playing Marcus Wright, his cool,no nonsense kick ass character fits well.
+ The post apocalyptic scenery/costumes sets in the movie reminds me of Fallout 3 haha. It’s rather well done
+ The new machines like the Hunter look cool
What i didn’t liked about the movie:
- Christian Bale’s acting seem kinda off…it’s not that it’s bad… just don’t feel the connection to the character…likewise for other actors/actress like Moon Bloodgood…not much emotion in some scenes.
- Cheesy reused lines from the Terminator Mythology…. “ill be back”, “come with me if u wanna live”…I just feel it’s outta place even tho it’s for Terminator fans…
- Short uninspired action scenes that would make you yawn.
All in all… it’s a decent but not recommended action flick… On the bright side, it didn’t make me sleep… despite sleeping at 4am in the morning

Having seen the new trailer…kinda disappointed how Devastator turned out. For the uninitiated, Devastator is a combiner transformer. Meaning 6-7 robots combine to become a huge ass transformer. This is a fan made pic of how it would look like if copied from cartoon to movie design for design.
Cool and awesome right? A bit blocky…but yea it’s quite similar to the cartoon’s version. Heres the upcoming movie version of Devastator…
I like the color combi and how big it looked… but wassup with the face… i can’t even start to describe it… is it alien or robot? Grrr.
