So finally the day has come~ My real last day… extended 2weeks..

This day… the whole school came down together (including the students from both schools) saying good bye and wish me good luck. :) so grand and i am really speechless to be treated so special by them..

I received quite a number of cards, letters, chocolates, sweets, cookies, hugs, kisses and request for my autographs on theĀ back of their handsĀ and pictures to be taken :pĀ  sound like a movie star eh?

Hehe i seriously enjoyed working there.Ā Really mix feeling to leave the place. Well there’s a proverb in Chinese that says, “There’s no banquet on earth that doesn’t end”.

Thank you all ISS staffs and student. Especially the Elementary and Middle school staffs and students.

Sorry didnt update as promptly as i could.. was tired.. busy.. and having slight cold…

Last week.. or 2 weeks ago :p grade 2 kids are measuring the length of the school corridor… They all are very very enthu to find out! They took all kind of ruler they could possibly found.. long… short.. fat… thin… and place them neatly against the all…

And they found out….

they lost count!

The number they could count is beyond their currentĀ level :p Its perfectly ok.. its the process and the spirit that matters :D

hahhah i just find them super cute!Ā  Running up and down the corridor.. disturb everyone just to count and add up the numbers and find out the length.

Grade 5 starting up their first business :D

Did school teach you how to run a business? Well i guess all of us have learn something about starting up business and how to go about it. An introduction about it maybe?

Have you ever put it to practice? I never had the chance.Ā

The Grade 5 students are now learning how we organize ourselves. The topic they touched on is Doing a Business.

Yesterday, they were lucky enough to start up their first business and making lots of profit… Money money..

And I am unlucky enough to be the one at loss.Ā >.<

The grade 5 students done an excellent job in keeping the whole place buzzing up with people. They have lots of ideas for the business.

Food and drinks stalls are common. They have stalls they sell services like making cards and frame, let you hold a rabbit for $1 a min etc. Others have items to sell like handmade bracelets, comics, flower pen, etc.. Well, they actually setup few game stalls.

The best of all, a group of student organized a soccer tournament. People have to pay to sign up and take part. I did my part :p Ā Will be playing this coming Monday morning. Wish me luck and hope not to pick my shoes at the other end of the field XD

Here are some of the pic taken on that day :) Enjoy these lovely photos

The profits made on that day will go to charity of the kids choice :)
